How to Chart
Okay, so there are lots of questions and I want everyone to make sure they have a good guide on how to chart on the new website. So here goes, complete with pictures!
Step 1 - Log in and click "Create Content"

Step 2 - Click "Program Playlist"

Step 3 – Check that the date is correct, and enter the name of the show you are doing. It should auto-fill the name for you.

Step 4 – Begin entering tracks

Be sure to chart the news when you play it at the beginning of your show, and at the one-hour mark. Also chart the news for the end of your show if there is no one on after you.
Notice that the rotation is not "yes" but rather the NAME of the rotation. Acceptable names are:
Metal
Top 200
Jazz
Hip Hop
Local
Dance
New World
If the song is not rotation, DON'T PUT A ROTATION IN! That will screw up the Music Directors' charts, so don't do it. If you want to use the "link" field to link to a band's Myspace or website go for it, but it’s not mandatory.
You can see there are little crosshairs next to each track - if you click and hold, you can drag the order around. Some people are really OCD about their charts being in EXACTLY the order they played things in... this is not as critical, as long as all the songs you played are there.
Step 5 – When you run out of spaces for songs, click “Add more” to add more spaces.

Step 6 - Write anything you want about your show in the "description box" (such as "That Shania Twain song was a request" or "DJ Alias rocks my socks").

Step 7 - Click save.

That's all there is to it. You can see a sample of a correctly charted show here: http://wonyfm.com/node/14398
If you have questions or problems, please contact the Program Director(s) right away. Not knowing how to chart or having some kind of website difficulty is NOT an excuse to not have your charts done fully.
