That's right Oneonta......it's the best and only 2 hours of sports radio Oneonta has ever seen now Sunday from 10am-noon. Yup, now before football! I'm your host Jarrod Constantino (aka The Buffalo) and I'm here to bring you THEE BEST sports show this college and town has ever seen. It's mightily epic so it's definitely worth listening to. My show runs the entire 10-11 year. And who doesn't want to hear me talk about sports....I'm full of knowledge.....so much that your head would explode if it wasn't locked up.

With segments like "The Stampede" ready to charge at you, Around the Bases, Picks of the Litter, and a WHOLE lot more.....I am #1 radio show on WONY! I'm just that epic!
